.Only that Ive learn't that its much more fun to invest the time and try to do everything myself

.Its been a steep learning curve with so much more imformation to obtain.But to avoid the situation where I didnt have something to ride because my bike is in need of repair and life and work get in the way.I just keep buying bikes!

Then it doesnt matter how long it takes to get my head round getting a part or how to fix it.But I do have a shed full of bikes that need fixing.
Hang on that theory hasn't worked
Does any one know a good tech?

hey Drakey, the second pic you posted of what you got when you wanted it lighter, is that a mono dt with the area for the mono made into a tank and then a different swingarm and twin shocks installed? Sorry to stray from the topic but your pic got me thinking about a dt175e i got 4 nothing and what i could do with it

Couldnt say. She's a wild machine.Its one of the many photos I found online of modifyed DT's.
I bought one at a clearing sale for $50 and was going to butcher it , but now Im going to lighten it up and see how hard I can make it go.
