ok cool i had a look and i cant find the gray wire and when i asked at yamaha they said it didnt exist!?!?! :mrgreen:

I have done the Throttle stop modification and the gray wire modification on my 2004 WR250F
Go to GOOGLE and type in yamaha wr250f throttle stop modification. you will find instructions and pictures here.
For the gray wire mod, go to GOOGLE and type in Yamaha wr250f gray wire modification. this link will take you to you tube where you can watch this modification performed in front of your eyes.
