I may have made that guess who a bit too hard. To my knowledge the rider only visited Australia once. The photo was taken by me at McLeods property, Upper Brookfield in January or February 1987. Ex world champion Bernie Schreiber conducted a 2 day trials school on a John Rees supplied fantic and after coaching the local riders he put on a demonstration of his abilities. Near the front wheel of the bike is the other Aussie champ I was looking for. The young boy in the white shirt with his head at an angle is Troy Chadwick the 1994 junior & 2000 twinshock champion.

That was great fun. Thanks. Now you say who it is I can see but isn't it amazing that no-one recognised someone as famous and photographed as Bernie Schreiber. Maybe it's because he isn't normally associated with riding a Fantic.

I didnt Know Bernie visited our Shores??
Does anyone have any (guess who) photos of other "Legend" Trials riders that have visited Australia?
That is Tom Rafferty in the Blue shirt, He still wears the same shorts these days. Great to see Tom back riding in qld.
