Firstly try a lighter oil weight...2.5w (racing folk oil).....then maybe 20% less oil in each leg.....should make a big difference.
Best of balance.

Sweet work. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
Did you do fiberglass or carbon fiber?
I'm looking to DIY my Scorpa into a real LongRide special.
I want to adapt an 80cc MX seat/rear fender layout.
The idea is to make a one piece tank/subframe out of
carbon fiber. 10 liter gas tank. The seat height needs
to be above the current fender level.
What was your fiber process? mold or shape foam?
I'm going to have to make a pipe out of 80 or 125 pipes,
as the bike needs more power up through the midrange.
An 80 MX carb will help extend upper power too.
PM me if you could.

hi scott,..ill just put it here so everyone can read it
thanks..
sure is..if we dont do it, means we dont want it right?
its all fiberglass,..id love to do it on carbon if theres a store sells it here.but unfortunatelly no

, i use shape foam method as im not going to do a mass production..keep it low budget.
its a good thing to have it the way you want it..as a matter of fact, on my next project im gonna try to blend the world mx and trials together..with a custom frame..
10 liters are good. but dont you think it will put more weight to the bike? some time it even spill out of the tanks..
i dont think it will eat that much..except if u use it to cross the dessert

Fuel consumption will increase due to performance mods and distances.
The fuel will be carried as low as possible. The weight increase will still be well
below traditional enduro bikes.
Take a look at this Scorpa T-Ride for hybrid design.

yes i ve seen it...
if u carry low fuel then theres no point of bigger tank size
any way u gonna do it on fibers?
