Wiring loom routing question for TY175JE

I put the cable on my TY like Pop's picture back in the day when Pop was a Kid.

Yes those were the days kids, when you could mark out some sections within a few km from the sydney harbour bridge.

Hi tioli, as per the picture of the TY175JC by PA, that is the correct positioning of the wiring loom sitting on a lug on the frame next to the tool holder then coming up between the forks through Holder wire 539-23319-00 (part unavailable through Yamaha). pops TY175 pic is also the correct way the loom goes for the TY175 and it is a smaller loom with less wiring than the JC wiring loom. I have seen different ways that other TY175JC riders do to mount the loom and the only problem with the standard way of positioning the loom is that it can snag in scrubby areas. I set mine up the standard way but I will not be doing any serious trials work with it. Hope this helps
