You can't go wrong with the Barrnet plates. I'd not bother with the springs as they normaly are heavier than stock and that will increase the lever pull. If you don't change the steels get someone to bead blast them to get rid of the glaze. You would probably find if you bead blasted all the original plates they would work fine.
