Thanks PA, I have a copy of this (or very close to) unfortunately there is no detail on the forks. Absolutely everything else though.. Unless I really am blind??

Getting so close to complete now. Fluids are all changed, all new parts are on. Just waiting on chain and sprockets to arrive and it's GO-TIME!!
Check out the state of the gear mud err oil?!?!

No water.. Just putrid oil, not been changed in a long long LONG time me thinks.

Good. It must just be the reflection in the photo that makes one side of the bucket look milky.

I was a little worried about it actually seeing a lot of them leak coolant.
Parts arriving tomorrow should get to fire it up. Was hoping they would arrive Friday so I have the long weekend to play

Some more progress.. Actually got to ride it tonight. Still needs some tuning/float level and small bits but just about complete :)

header pipe looks good. replaced that too or just paint?

Thanks man.. Just painted it with heat proof 'rotor' paint with a good clean and quality primer :)
