Maybe you should go "Green". No I don't mean Ossa power or Kawasaki.
EEEEElectric, you work at a power station, so cheap power on tap. Just need a very long extention cord.
The E-bikes get around Isle of Man quite well!!!!

There is a bonus to having the trailing power cord too - observers would know for sure if you crossed your own path in a section

That looks like it would bolt straight into that frame, but it appears to already have a perfectly good complete bike surrounding it.
Edit: To avoid problems with the previously mentioned trailing power cord, you could simply run it from above, hung from a skyhook.

or maybe this/these motors - they match the patina of the frame and tank quite well

is this another clue? or a red herring? It's a clutch cover from a 1967/68 Bultaco 5 speed road bike motor

Why do I think "red herring" smells fishy?
I suspect you are launching a cunning plan, and I also think it is more completely worked out than you're letting on.

Hi Everyone,
David, Now that is how I like to see them: RUSTY, CRUSTY AND MOST LIKELY HAS BEEN TRUSTY !
All this talk about Red Herrings and being fishy and now you show us the clutch cover and it is a boothEEL type
A hybrid I think not, Graham would never forgive you
