This thread is getting way off track.
I have back pain issues.
The best way to manage it is to do stretching exercises every day. It takes about 12 minutes every morning.
A chiropractor of physiotherapist should be able to recommend a series of exercises.
You can probably download a suitable list.
Taking vitamin supplements like Fish Oil and Glucosamine may help also.

At the top of this rock face is a cliff on the other side So don't make the same mistake I almost did.



Going up was easy Going Down was the catch. What you can't see in these photo's is the cave at the bottom that we had to ride over on the way down I actually had to wheel stand just above the top of the cave so I could land in the sand on both wheels.



IF you look at the kid standing near the top of the rock you will see how steep this wall is as he is standing vertical.



These were the good ole days that rock wall has not been ridden again except for me as you can't get to it now days as the sand has been washed out and you can't get a good go at it at least that was the way it was last time I was down there.

Back Pain Chiropractor, Cod liver oil, magnesium, calcium and potassium all help, forget the pain killers let your body tell you what you are able to do dancing and trials riding for some reason help me get by. Restoring bikes also helps pass the time even though it cost a fortune I just hope I don't have to sell these two later on. I still can't believe what was done to that yamaha.

Frame ready for powder coater & old rusted forks I learnt today the 349 frame is shorter than the 247 from top of shocks to the post at the front tried a 71 cota tank on it.



Tub of new Goodies I have been collecting since before I purchased the bike I purchased the new barrel Piston and rings std size before I purchased a 349. I wanted one.

I still love that cty175 neat. the original front wheel with the 3.25 tyre works great in sand. I am the only person to ride up the sand hill at north one mile Forster and I did it on a CT1 175cc yamaha in 1972. The places we used to be able to ride was so cool red tape is the worst thing to happen to this country.

Here is the first of the models with the new generation frame - the '75 brochure (The production version was 1st available in late '75 after being shown at the Barcelona Motor-show):

If you look carefully you can see that this model has a very diff frame to the black bike, even if at 1st glance it looks somewhat alike.

I think JC1 is right in the black bike being a m91
Things unique to the later 91/2 framed bike to the 124/5 and 150/1 are
Frame mounted side stand instead of swingarm mounted, not tapered steering head between bearings, mud catcher rear rim and earlier brake hub, still have the the tapered fork tubes at the top clamp, chain tensioner arm mounted on the outside of the chain instead of the inside like the photo of the blue UK bike the brochure photo may have been pre production.
When the frame changed on the later 91/2 I thought was for lightness not strength wasn't it supposed to be the first chro-mo frame?

just had a look at the original photo and it does show the post clearer so its a m91. thank you for that. So I guess thats a 73/74 model then

Yes it is a 250 M91, with the second series frame. Made from 5/1972 to 9/1973
The photo is of a prototype factory 325 incorporating both frame designs.
