David; January, but there are a few unresolved contingencies. Will keep you posted.

Hey Alastair - keep me in the loop too re January if you have a 'spare seat at the table' - I've finally got the old Bullie out again - first ride since Toby borrowed it in 2009 will be at the WMCC last dig on the 16th.
Best of...

Hi there,
i have a great 1974 TY 250 A, the only problem i have is finding an alloy bash plate to fit off a later model. The 74 A comes with a composite ( alloy sandwich) thats not really up to the task. i was wondering if anyone out there has a solid alloy one off a 75 76 they could sell?
Thanks, Tyson.

I remember that line and Madge is permanantly imbedded on my visual memory, but don't remember which dishwash liquid it was advertising. I figure it was Palmolive because I know you have a great memory and modern Palmolive is a pretty green (it's my favourite handwash at the workshop sink)

That pretty green can also be seen on many current model MAZDA 2 cars

In the 'old country' it was "hands that do dishes can be soft as your face with mild green Fairy Liquid", never tried it on the bike though.

nowadays, "mild green fairy liquid" might make people think of something associated with Shrek
