Hi Everyone,

Chippy, hopefully we can get a few TL's lined up at Easter? Any suggestions as to how we decide which marque we compete on next and hopefully we can get others involved, I have seen your bike collection and you have a good choice. Plus I know a bloke in Gladstone who is keen to get involved, he also has a good selection!

Just sharing my latest acquisition including some foreign parts: $100.00 invested :P

Franken KT is still on holidays, so I can't do a comparison photo, the tank is fibreglass and about 7/8 scale and similar shape to original.

Does anyone know anything about the tank? The cap is missing and the thread is 1 and 1/2 "BSP, so if all else fails I can drill a small hole in the blanking cap off my firefighter pump!

Wow, great find there Greg. Is the fibreglass tank lighter than a KT tank? - and what is going on with that thing the triple clamp is attached to?

Hi Everyone,

David, Franken KT is back after Easter, will do a comparison them. Any idea when you want the KT CHALLENGE? The bloke insisted that I take the Basket! :D
When I asked him about the tripple clamp, he did not know. My guess it is for mounting in a vice to straighten handlebars, as I have something similar.

Hello everyone,

Good score Greg with those KT parts. Also even better ride to win the Twin Shock class at the Easter two day trial, especially when I think your TL was the least powered of them all. To name just a few, there were our TL's, but mine has the XL185 barrel, RL250, Fantic 240, Bultaco 350, TLR. Also for our next twin shock challenge, is there any chance you could create a baffle for mine so I can get it a bit quieter?? Probably the only other thing we didn't do, was line up all the Honda's, I could be corrected but I counted 8 out there....

I have also been working on my other basket case that I have previously mentioned. Still have to sort out the oil pressure problem, but here is a photos to get people guessing..

Hi everyone,

You are all correct. Yes a 4 stroke Italjet Scott. It is very weather beaten from being left out and it had a very bad overhead rocker noise, which has now been fixed. The next major thing I need to sort out, is to locate why it ran low on oil pressure. I know its not the best Trials bike, but it is rare and unusual as you all know and I like to see the many different Trials bikes out there and being used. Even though this Italjet is rough, it is complete and I bought it 6 months ago only 1 suburb away!

Bendynamics, I am in the process of getting some stickers made up for the plastic side covers and also Tank stickers. So if you need some, let me know and I'll get additional ones done at the same time.

Hi Everyone,

Chippy, so big bore Italian Thumper, can't wait to hear how it sounds! Any chance of some more photos?

Just sharing Donna's latest Basket Case, how did you guess another Totally Loved Machine! This time a TLM 260 with the motor in kit form! When we took the photo, we forgot about the Honda workshop and parts manual also included in the $200.00 asking price, Happy Days! We think this will be a good investment for Donna giving her a sleeker, lighter bike with a better rear brake and tubeless rear rim. The plan is to fit the 220 motor in this frame as we both like the smooth progressive power.
