The dirt has been washed off and you can see the storage related weathering.

And after cleaning
I like it it’s a good look it’s definitely a Tioli look

The top draped cable is to the handle bar controls. It’s been taped up in a few places the housing looks UV damaged and brittle.

The bottom main wiring looms housing is cracked round in one place caused by age stiffening yet required to bend while stearing, it’s been taped up.

Main wiring looms housings brake is supported with electrical shrink

The wires to the handle bar controls are now housed in a shrunken silicon heat shrink.

One of the problems I have to solve is clutch leaver pressure. To me this has a very heave clutch it’s running as smooth as I can make it and it’s just about unusable. I blame the inefficiencies in the way the cable transfers its energy. Not much I can do there.

So I have a plan and it’s to hide an easy pull clutch under the tank.

The clutch leaver adjuster is locked in place by a spring tensioned ratchet system. Works well very definite clicks

Odd that the chan is on the right side. I think that idea ended in the 60’s

Starting at the back is the kick starter shaft then clutch push rod (centre of the sprocket)

But it doesn’t have to. Back in the day some bikes did not. It’s not ansuall to have the side stand on the same side as the chain.

Most photos of this model high light the exhaust which is on the left side. When the side stand is down it puts the exhaust on the shade side. So if I duplicate the stand mount on the right side and bolt it to a centre stand mount. It puts the exhaust in the sun and you wouldn’t know what I did.

Many Years ago, my Ex wife did her bike licence on my Greeves.
I had to add a clutch lightener so her little hands could pull the lever in.
It worked really well.
Not a bike rider at the time, I picked the tick over up a bit from normal.
She impressed the instructor with her slow riding skills around the cones, and she didn't have to pull the clutch in doing the test.

I bought 4 aftermarket brake shoes and I’m not impressed.

Hay whitehillbilly thanks for following the build. The time consuming part (and rewarding yes I have a problem) was the cleaning how it comes together is the reward and so far the process is working for me.
