If you are asking about 2016 model 2 stroke trials bike motors, Sherco and Scorpa are the same motor as each other. The rest are all different, but most do appear similar at first glance.
A generous comment for the reason why they are all so similar is "convergent evolution"
If you had seen a recent model OSSA motor, you would see a motor that looked different to the others.
