Road registered Cota 200

Does anyone have road rego papers (renewal slip) for a Cota 200/MH200?
There is a bloke in Germany who has just bought a MH200 and wants to road register it, but in Germany you need to prove that a particular model bike is road registered somewhere in the world.
Apparently, a copy of someone else's road rego papers for a
Cota 200 or - 
200 would satisfy the requirements.
