Tlr250f twinshock advice

Post by Groy »

Hi, My name is Geoff and I am new to trials and this forum,I have two Honda Tlr250f trials twinshock bikes,I don't know much about these bikes so if you guys could help me I would be rapt, both these bikes are totally original I think but one has Honda on the muffler and the other one doesn't but both pipes appear stock and there is some minor detail differences between both bikes, what I would like to know is there any differences between batches of these bikes as I thought there was only one model.
I also now need to buy a trials helmet nothing flash, what would you guys recommend for very casual use, what do you think of the Hebo zone 5 , and where can l buy trials gear, I m in Qld
Thanks for your help Geoff.

If your buying a trials helmet and you also want to use it on the road, you need a road legal one. Not all trials helmets are.
Below is the one I'm considering as it is road legal

All the Trials Helmets we have are now road legal since the legislation changed last year. Hebo, Airoh, and Mots.
We can crate and freight bikes Australia wide for very reasonable rates. Ring or email with your location for freight quote.

Excellent
I was looking about 18 months ago. I'm glad to see that there is now more variety to choose from.

If you go to Trialscentral.com there's a Honda section in the forums which has a lot of good info, plus there's a Honda tlr 200/250 fb page. a fair few parts are still available through Honda dealers, but there is a lot of parts to be found in the UK
