Gasgas Marzocchi 40mm adjuster screw replacement

Just wondering if anyone knows if anyone knows if the compression and air bleed screws can be removed and replaced and for that matter if there a part you an but the previous owner appears to of been a hit heavy handed on the screw driver and snapped them off cheers
