My 2011 GG TXT 300 is not starting and was running great up until, I turned it off and now its not starting. Good gas, clean air filter, good spark, reed valves is in great shape and compression is good.

When kicking the bike over, it feels very different and I am not able to give it the hard kick that’s needed for it to start up.

Just looking for some help on troubleshooting this problem, as I am new to gg Trial Bike.

Could the Kickstarter gear be worn-out and require replacement?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you have already worked it out yourself.

Gg have a habit of breaking various parts in their ks assemblies. Everyone Ive had has done it.
