Should be a piece of cake. I did our old Rev80 a while back. Just made a special tool for pulling it out by welding on a self tapper onto a piece of rod and screwing it into the main face of the seal and just pulling it out. Came out surprisingly easy.
New seals popped in with a bit of grease and a suitable sized big socket.
Seals you can get anywhere from any good bearing supplier.

Just my 2 cents worth.....or was that 1 cent???!!!

Yes easy to change from the outside. Buy a seal made of viton that is made for sealing in both directions. Viton to cope with modern petrol and sealing both ways because that seal has to cope with pressure and vacuum. People notice it sucking because it upsets the running a lot at closed throttle but if it lets air in then it will probably also be letting fuel/air mix out at other times.
You should be able to get one from a Yamaha motorbike shop or from a bearing shop.
Check out the main bearings while you are at it because sometimes it is worn main bearings that cause that seal to leak.
