I have a model 92 Bultaco Sherpa T that I would like to use for twin shock trials. I understand that I need a Rear Sprocket Guard (Shark Fin) for the bike.

Does anyone know where I can purchase one?

Thanks

Weld a mount to the swingarm so you can fit one off a gasgas, sherco, vertigo, Montesa etc that has the chain on the left side.

Another option is to strap, cable tie etc a piece of plastic to the swingarm in the general shape of a sharkfin.

Easiest way on a Bultaco is to use the rear torque arm to mount your sharkfin onto. Make one out of a bit of thinish aluminium sheet or just buy a cheap plastic cutting board at a dollar shop and cut that to suit. The shape is easy. Sharkfin says it all. Either use small screws and nuts or pop rivets to hold it on there. I weld an aluminium one onto my ally torque arm on mine.

Thanks all,

I used the cheap plastic chopping board option bolted to the torque arm as suggested - seemed to work well. Thanks again
