AMA licence renewal

I received an email saying my licence is due, i've entered my id - password & done the silly how many trains are they, then it says wrong password, the password came in the email so how can they say it is wrong ?
Looks like i've counted too many trains & i need to contact somebody, tried the mobile # sent an email still none the wiser

I would be waiting til they shore up their current insurance dilemma before I did anything like licence renewals.
