montesa cota fork oil

i have a 2000 model montesa cota 315R. just wondering if any one knows wat fork oil is recomended for the front suspension and how much goes in?

Just looked in the manual. Above 5 Deg C Showa SS05 Below 5 Deg C Belray #5 or PB #10 But the weight of the oil really depends on your weight and how quick you want the forks to work.
right leg 407ml
left leg 391ml
