Montesa ECU Map

Post by Phoenix »

Hey there, PA if you want to know if the test is successful and if it works,

Well the answer is yes it does.

I downloaded it and opened up my Program and everything is A-OK

if you want some more Programs just tell me how you put them across the net so I can do the same

I've got Three major Programs that I was given

so if you interested give me a TXT

Ok Monty people, I have written some programs for the 2-map PTB and will happily email these out to anyone who needs some maps to begin playing with. I have written these to suit my riding style and so dont expect everyone to find them to their liking. You MUST have the 2-map software to load these maps, the 1-map and 2-map software are NOT interchangeable, so you cant mix them together.
Final note, for sustained high speed road work, you MUST use switch position 2 ( ie map #2) , the other has too much fuel removed and would run very lean with possible damage to the valves. By sustained high speed, I mean in excess of 60-70 kph.
You will not notice much difference when playing about in the garden/back yard but in big-power full mashing sections, you will feel the difference!
