On to the bike, I reckon the fixed throttle settings are brilliant (heart-attack material for me was the kids' first ride on a non-governed bike) and the "dead man's switch" is also a great idea.
I do think you may need a couple of strategically placed stickers to convert "TRAIL BIKE" to "Trialstar".
We only received them a couple of days ago so didnt have time to get them converted to our specs. We had planned to release them at the Aussie Titles but we couldn't get them over there in time.
The bike is designed to fill the gap before the kids can get onto a Sherco 50 (or similar). We have had a few peewee riders through the shop whose parents want them on a trials bike but they're only 3 -4 yrs old. The Trialstar has the advantage of the higher ground clearance & gets the kids used to the 'trials' look of no seat etc. Try to stop 'em heading off into MX or other disciplines. Anyway we are looking for an older test pilot & will have a more accurate ride impression then.
