How many hardy souls ride in summer? Will there be any organised Trials events on? Or do we just head to the beach?

Hi Stu.
Up in C.Q. we usuallly take most of Dec and Jan off and get
back into competition in Feb. Mind you, we're always up for a mountain climb or a creek run. We have plenty of keen souls who will ride no matter what the weather. Its all fun.
Cheers Angela.

Excellent!

Good to hear it. That creek run sounds like fun.

Hi Guys,
I'm not one for water sports. Count me in....But it could be a very dry summer and we'd need an obliging property owner who might have a rock quarry or sand mine so that we couldn't set anything alight. Or maybe find a creek thats overflowing
Keep in touch and we can work something out

There is a few twilight trials in Vic that are more like low key club events or practice trials where you usually punch your own card. I hate not having observers because if I'm scoring myself I can't get away with anything.
I have some good sections here if anyone wants to come for a ride. The creek is dry this year so there is some really good white to yellow line areas as well as my man made and scarey big rocks for the brave at heart. Just don't tell the neighbours I ride in dry creek beds or they will hire a satelite to take pictures of me
I'll probably have a bit of a day here in January for a few of the OMCC members and anyone else that is up to some summer riding. I have a (trials) bike registered so I go out to the forest behind me and ride. There is some really tough rutted hill climbs that are quite a challenge to.
My place is in the hilly bit in the middle where the farm land meets the trees so I have plenty of room to ride all year round. I prefer it when it is dry but this year it so dusty riding with enduro bikes in the bush I usually ride alone.
If my neighbours give too much stick I might start putting the names on the photo and post it on all the dirt bike forums
