I went riding with Crazyfast this afternoon and Peter ? out along Teddington Road on Crazyfast's farm, near Maryborough.

There wasn't any big snoty hills but some great mounds and heaps of fallen trees. I managed to part company with the Beta twice, once over a pile of fallen branches and the other over an old hot water system up against a fridge. There is an old dry dam very much like a giant skate board bowl. I could spend a fortnight there just riding on impossible slopes. One very happy boy

To cap it off there is a good tight enduro track for about 3km through the trees with burmed corners. The Beta can really rail the ruts in third and four gear. I had a ball. :P :P

I got to meet Crayfast's mum. One lovely 75 year old lady. I was impressed. I meet the nicest people these days.

I'm off to Brooweena for another ride Sunday with Jeff E and Steve H. I am so busy riding these days but it sure helps my skill level. I can feel the bike becoming part of me.

TRIALS IS GREAT :D :D :D :D :D :thumb:

It's good to get out on some new trails now and again. I've been to the Nowra MCC (NSW) track and they have some really wild single tracks behind the main MX track. I'm definately going back for more. 4 1/2 hours straight is just not enough!
Soon I'm going back to Taralga(NSW) to a mate's farm. It's got BIG hills and a really Trials friendly snotty section waaayyyy down in the creek bed.

... now that takes me back. Nowra motorcycle complex!!! I lived on HMAS Albatross in Nowra for 6 months... used to walk down the back of the runway and go watch the bikes... 1988/89!!! Good to hear it is still in use.

Good to hear you're having fun!

Just remember that Mr MX titles were never won on a trials bike, I think it may have been done on a Monty but that was a Capra not a Cota. It sounds like you like the way a modern trilas bike can be flicked around neally as much as me. Bring on EnduroTrials I say! If you are going out with Steve H... tell him I still want that TYZ!

This week I'll try out the SY250F with a 12t front sprocket instead of a 9t).... Worlds lightest and most nimble enduro bike with the change of a sproket and a factory made LR tank?????

I'll let you know.

BJ, stick with a TY250 with a 13 tooth front sprocket, you still get up those hills and sort of keep up with the faster bikes! Just watch out for the roost!
