G'day all,
I'm pretty new to this game and just wondering whats coming up in the way of events..
Was planning to enter the Mt Bolton trial this weekend but have already been talked into racing downhill mountain bikes.
I have had a look at the calendar, doesn't look to be much happening after this weekend, is there club run events that wouldn't be on here?
At the moment i'm deciding wich club to join..Ballarat or SMC(i'm in ararat), any ideas?
As i'm new to the sport a club style trial would be greart to start with.
Also, if anyone within a couple of hours drive would like someone to have a ride with that would be fantastic.. I have a 2000 acre farm up here, or would be very happy to drive somewhere.
Any info someone could give me would be great, thanks!

Any Rocks, Creeks or horizontal trees?
Say yes & you might end up with a crowd appearing.... :-)

Thanks for the help..
I've got hills, rocks, trees and a couple of creeks, anyone is welcome to come up for a ride.. It would be great to get a few trials bikes up here one day!
How would i go with the vic titles as my first event? Or should i do something a bit smaller first?
Cheers.

Hi All
Peter the supps for the Vic's will be out very soon
Gary is working on them at the moment.

Yoda we have classes for most rider levels from novice to expert
so you should fit into a class that we are running.
Ditch the mountian bike this weekend and come to bolton for a ride.

Well, it looks like the Vic title will be it..
During the off season is there anything organised (practice/ride days) at any of the trial venues?
I' really like to ride as much as possible with other people that can help me with my riding.. I haven't seen anything apart from competitions being run- is there a training school or anything like that for trials?
Still tossing up which club is best- any more opinions would be great..
Looking to go with TCV at the moment.
Sorry for all the questions but it's all a big help!
Cheers, Jon
