I am currently looking for a second hand trials bike - but not being mechanically minded, I would like someone to help check out a possible prospective puchase.
I have been bitten before and also heard some scary stories about people buying bikes for good money and finding out too late that they have bought a crapper.
Does anyone out there carry out used bike inspections (pre-purchase) specialising in trials bikes? (eg like NRMA, RACV, RACQ does for cars).
Obviously the trials community being a small group probably doesn't warrant this but i thought someone may know.
Happy to pay a fee for the service
Any help would be appreciated.
