I have been watching some trials on the box and I've noticed that the pro's put the toes and heels on certain obstacles whilst thier feet are still on the pegs. I have done this myself and it is easier as you can use it to make yourself stable. How does this goes with the rules? I can't find anything written down. Can anyone explain this to me as it has always puzzled as to whether it is right.
Cheers

It sure was a hot discussion, I made sure to keep out of that one. Glad to help though.
