Hi,
I cant seem to find the correct location in the loom to connect the headlight (nothing in DC either). Even if i try where the wiring diagram shows it will still blow the globe. I have wired where my mates have had success (on identical bikes), but no good for me. Does this mean my voltage regulator is stuffed?, do i need to find DC?, would useing a 21w globe instead of a genuine 15w globe make a differance?. Also the only wiring diagram i can find is a colour referance diagram not a proper wiring diagram as such.

Sorry I don't have a GasGas but standard rule is if a bulb goes too bright and blows, increase the bulb voltage rating not the wattage rating.
You may have a stuffed regulator or it may not be connected properly or grounded properly so unable to do its job.
Are you getting DC for the fan?
