2001 Beta REV3 250 - Weak Spark, Poor Idle

Hi,
My Beta has a very weak spark (when kicked with spark plug arcing on engine), is really hard to start, will die at idle for no reason and likes to flood itself when you try to kick it over again.
Any suggestions?
I have the appropriate carb mods done, new needle/seet assembly and corrected float level.
I use Vortex PULP and Motul Synthetic Oil at 1.5%.
Any help much appreciated.
