Hey guys,

Just reading the LRMTC wrap up of their last club day, noticing that round 10 of the QLD series is to be held at Bucca, NSW. What's with that?

Maybe it has been a regular thing that I'm just not aware of as i just got back into the sport, but I don't see why a round of the QLD series would be held 4 hours drive into NSW? I wouldn't have thought that would be very accessible for a lot of QLD riders being a QLD event?

Anyway, just want to know what other people's thoughts are?

I am only guessing but:

Maybe it's a really great place to go riding.

Maybe it's to be fair to the riders who live in Northern NSW who support the trials events that are held in the SE corner of Queensland.

Maybe it is just a result of the state border being close to the main population centre for Queensland.

I rode a few Enduros and 6 hour Pony Expresses in the 1970s down that way and would love to ride at the Bucca NSW event if I can.

Yeah well I'm probably going to see if I can make it down there to ride, but yeah I just thought it was rather far for an event that is supposed to be part of the QLD series....

Oh well, lets hope its cos its such a great place to ride!!
