Last week I sustained a Trials injury (in a place I won’t mention here) and I’ve been hobbling around all week.
But yesterday and today, being a stubborn headed person, I manage to get back on the bike for a few short rides…(still in pain though).
I didn’t attempt anything too adventurous but I noticed I was riding with better balance and greater accuracy placing the front wheel…..But the question is…why
?Was it because I feared more pain or was the pain helping me to focus
?The other question is “how I can use this next time I ride?
”….injure myself before I get in the pegs
