I know it is wet up north and burnt down south. But how is everyone doing?

We are so lucky here Rob - all we have had is sea breezes and average rainfall

I went to the Summer Jam at Pacific Park. It was hot, up to 44C in the shade but it was well worth it! Some great riding by all who attended.

Y'know, it's days like these that makes you question a lot of things.

I've just watched the Ch9 news special on the fires... people losing everything, houses, friends, neighbours, pets. Found out my neighbour lost one of her parents in the fires near Whittlesea. My wife and kids watched trees catch fire from the inlaws' balcony. (They cleared out yesterday. Our suburb Belgrave Heights was torched in the 1983 fires).

It's just awful, and my thoughts are with all those affected.

Think I'll take a day off tomorrow. A day of meetings and emails just doesn't seem important at the moment.

MY thoughts go out to those who have lost everything.

I concur with you absolutely Keith, a heart-wrenching tragedy for the whole country.

If there's one bright light we can be of assistance to those in need.
