Spring Preload for a 07 GasGas 280

I only just discovered yesterday arvo that the spring preload adjuster on my 280 had become loose and unscrewed itself.
Does anyone out there have the correct stock spring preload settings?

Nah.....weight is not the problem....
It all started when we sent our brand new 09 Raga to a dodgey crowd called
Dads Bargain Basement Motorbike Mechanics
......and got this back..

GEE,
That took a while for you to reply, but I spose it takes a while on the treadmill to look like this

Yep unfortunately I'm not as fast or as fit as you Queenslanders
