DMCC Sandy Hollow 2 Day

I am thinking about changing the 2 day( currently practice days) to a competition round. Due to the postponed Coffs Trial MNSW has OK'd it if we want it.
Points to consider

*If we change this one another competition day has to be changed to practice so we don't exceed the 7 competition events.
*The round no's will change etc.So I will have to submit a revised calender no date changes just numbers & type of event will change.
*One proposed date for the Coffs trial was Oct long weekend which is currently a competition day for us we could change this to prac so if that happens anyone wanting to do Coff's can without affecting club points.
*It probably won't be possible to notify competitors of the changes to the 2 day if we change...will that matter?
Have spoken to a few members some have said leave as is the others say change to competition. So I still don't know which way to go and I have to have application in by Monday so I am running out of time to decide either way...any suggestions.

Sounds like the most logical thing to do. June long weekend becomes a competition round instead of practice and the most likely new date for the NSW round, October long weekend becomes a practise day. Otherwise MNSW will expect the October date to be changed anyway. Looking forward the the event either way.

We have decided to leave the 2 day a practice thanks for the input.
Well after talking with a few people most did not mind either way but some wanted a practice day as they had made arrangements to only come 1 of the 2 days.
We havn't got trophies etc, we would have had to muck around changing calender etc
Because it would be impracticle for me to have contacted everyone we have left as is and
we will deal with the other problems of the Bucca trial clash if & when it happens
