Anyone else coming to Spain/France/Italy 2009?

Post by kevin_zar »

With the world trials season building to an exciting climax in September, and three world level events in three weekends, who else might be coming along to the Spainish and French world rounds, then onto the TdN in Italy?

I have my tickets in hand, and with the Aussie titles at the end of August, it's worked out perfectly to fly out of Oz on Wed 2nd Sept to arrive in Barcelona on Thursday 3rd, and stay on until after Italy. I'm then off to the USA from there.

If there are any other aussies travelling to these events, it would be great to try and meet up "over there".

So far two great travelling mates Kyle Middleton and Kristie McKinnon are trying to get over early too, and we'd be happy to hear from anyone else who might be coming along.

Best regards

Hi Kevin & crew...
No, I won't be returning overseas so soon.
However I am hoping to get to one or more of the 2009/10 SPEA Indoor events around Christmas this year.
There is one is scheduled for 27 December 2009 at Coruna -in Spain
Perhaps Sheffield (UK) will also host a round although I can't find any info at the moment. :?:
I really enjoyed it in '07...(actually it was December '06)

I've put the 2011 TdN in Ft William on my calendar....
They speak my language and drive on the correct side of the road...
And I can read and understand the signposts :D
I hope the current (or better) exchange rate stays

One of the Outdoor rounds of the 2010 Championships will be at Ft William on 26-27 June.

On the http://www.fim-live.com/en website, there appears to be discussion on Australia- Melbourne & Perth hosting Indoor rounds (TBC) in 2010...stay tuned

Cheers
