TY250a

Post by Hagsta »

I swear this TY250a just followed me home last weekend. (That and the fact my better half was overseas.)

Apart from the paint and the tyres all very original, everything works and even has the Yamaha toolkit.

Howdy Y'all,

Hagsta, what ever you do, DO NOT CHANGE THAT PAINTJOB! If I see any more original restores on TY's I think I will explode (or possible cry).

That looks like a beauty the way it is, strip her down, tart up her frame and engine (and tyres) and bring on Brooweena 2010!

Cheers,

She's a nice old girl Hagsta, looked at it about 6 weeks back. Was not what I was after but I reckon Graham would sell it pretty quickly once word got out. The paint job is pretty awesome and it looks even better in the flesh. Enjoy.

Ha - thats what I said about Hagsta's TY paint scheme too when he started talking about repainting it to look standard.
I've got plans for a rather special TY250B (sort-of) for next year's Brooweena. Don't know if I can shut up for long enough to keep it a surprise though!
relax, nothing is under control
