Bike For Junior?

We've been away from the Trials scene fora while with Lil'Sprocket fanging around motorcross tracks on KTM 85s.

With a season of Enduro approaching we were thinking of adding a Trials bike to the stable for training. After having used the little Sherco 0.5 and the Beta Rev50 a while ago we are probably ready for a scale up from these!

Lil'Sprocket is 10 but size 12 in height. He is a skilled rider. I want to match him with a Trials bike with plenty of guts but not oversized (frame/wheels wise) for him...I like to buy the right size, even if it is moved on quickly.

So I guess, what I am saying is this....Is there a PROPER (and modern) trials bike out there, new or used that is about 2/3 to 3/4 adult size that might fit the bill.

Any help with current models, availability and dealers would be much appreciated. Thanks. Sprocket

Hi KTMsprocket

We're abouit to trade in a Sherco 80cc litle wheel.
This bike is basically a scaled down 125cc. 17"rear wheel 19"front. Smaller forks & shock than the 125 to lower it & if he needs a bit more power down the track the 125c top end fits straight on. i know this because my godson started on an 80 then got an extra year out of it with a 125cc kit.
We should have it here in the next week or so.
Ring or email if you are interested.

There is also the Gas Gas Cadet 80 (similar 19" 17" combo.)
And I believe bbbBeta may have something similar.

Sorry everybody...the MX race bike decided it needed some TLC before we started the season....then when we did start the season it decided to give up on the start line after 3 motos!!!

So I've been a bit busy getting us through the first events of the season.

Neo - thanks for your PM, I replied. To Paul and Don etc, we will try out some bikes then we will know what needs to go on the shopping list... Cheers.
