2010 AIS Training Camp – Female Riders
Motorcycling Australia would like to announce that it will be holding a training camp based at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra specifically for female motorcycle sport participants.
The camp will cater for up to 15 athletes and is targeted at female riders achieving outstanding results at State or National level in any discipline of motorcycle sport.
The training camp will run over four days between Monday 13 and Thursday 16 September 2010 and will incorporate fitness testing, physical training sessions and AIS lectures on general sports science (i.e. Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Physiology, Strength and Conditioning etc.)
