Restoring Montesa Cota 247

I have a couple of old 247's I am interested in restoring and was wondering can anyone reccommend a good mechanic or someone who restores the older bikes. I guess a Bultaco or Ossa expert would be the next best thing if there are no longer any Monty experts around! I live in Sydney but am happy to travel.
