It would also allow people to ride things like later model Greeves and bikes like the James that Mick Andrews rides. I'd be happy with making it even later than '68 so that late series M49s and Mk1 Cotas could be ridden. My suggestion would be to cut off just before the MAR OSSA (1971?) which was a giant step forwards in development.]
I think pre 68 might be a good compromise would the James and Greeves fit into pre 68? there is probably others that might fit in too.
If you go up to the last M49 your running into 1971 so it could put up a argument for MAR's,M80's etc etc it could probably just shift the whole PRE 65 trouble 6 years down the track.
Everyone has a opinion this is just mine. Maybe the majority want Pre70 or to keep Pre65 no Bultaco
I'm sure theres a few people around that would like to give classic a go, having more bike choice, I think, would create more interest for riders and get some of those beautiful old bikes out of sheds or lounge rooms to do what they were made to do. HAVE FUN ON

This rule should be No. 1
4. Have a pre 68/69/70 class (and if anyone argues about elegibility/lodges a protest/bitches to me they are deemed overly competiteve and not in the spirit of the event and automatically go in the open twinshock class on the c/b line
