What a great question for starting a discussion on eligibility for what can be ridden in Post-Classic Twinshock Class!
I reckon the answer at the moment is a definite maybe because:

The rules are open to interpretation
There are already bikes being ridden in that class with hydraulic clutches
The rules may change at any time

There are many questions about Post-Classic pre-1987 Twinshock Class and Classic pre-65 Class eligibility that sprang to mind after the question about hydraulic clutches on Twinshocks:

Can I ride my 1962 Moto Guzzi in pre-65 Class?
Can I ride my 1963 OSSA in pre-65 Class?
Can I use TY250N (1984) forks on my TY250/175 Twinshock?
Can I use a TY350 (1985) motor in my Bultaco Twinshock?
Can I use a DT175E (1978) motor in my TY175? (DT175E is not a twinshock bike)
Can I ride my SM Products (2011 model) Highboy (almost-but-not-quite) "replica" frame TL125 in Twinshock Class?
Can I use a tubeless rear rim on my Twinshock bike?
Can I use fuel injection (as used by Peter Paice in Australia in 1975) on my TY250B (1975)?
Can I use a modern Sherco reed valve on my Sherpa T?
Can I ride a Twinshock bike in Twinshock class that is of a type not imported new into Australia?
Can I fiddle the frame on my TY175/TY250/Sherpa T/TLR250 to improve the steering/balance/ground clearance/suspension?

hey brownie believe it or not there is a bloke up here with a Bultaco motor in a TY250 so there is no accounting for taste or sanity in what people do with their bikes
