Given that there are so many issues discussed on this forum, why are there not more Commissioners for Trials?

Why would you need more than three to discuss flat slides on twin shocks and pre 65 eligibility

You only need 3 people for a committee. One to say all the Bull, one to write it down and one to keep the glasses filled.
