Directions for people coming from Gladstone and South of there

From Calliope POST OFFICE - travel 19kms West (towards Biloela) along Dawson Highway
Cross 9 Mile Creek and look for property sign on left side of highway " BOSTON "
Turn into "Boston" entrance, cross over railway line then veer left.

Directions for people from the North


There is a shorter route than coming via Calliope for people coming from the North via Calliope Station road.
Calliope Station road takes you across to the Dawson highway West of the trial.
The turn off is South of Mt Larcom on the right. I'm not sure of distance from Mt Larcom but it's well signed. Its a dirt road.
When you get through to the bitumen, this is the road to Biloela (the Dawson Highway), turn LEFT towards Calliope.
Ken says just before you get to 9 Mile Creek there is what looks to be a orange pumkin hanging in a black tree.
This is someones letterbox but you are close to the property - which will be on your right.
Look for the property name BOSTON on right hand side of highway. If you get to 9 Mile creek, you've gone past it.
Turn into "Boston" entrance, cross over railway line then veer left

Section clearing and setting is Saturday 15th. Start 8.00am Please bring plenty of tools and clearing equipment. Chainsaws, machete, brush cutters.
Don't forget water and bug repellent.
Sunday - rider briefing 9.45am / riding to start @ 10.00am.
