Boyesen power reeds

I just bought a set of Boyesen reeds for my TY twinshock on Amaz... I was all exited when they got here, open the package and POW... they don't fit. My balloon went flat. It seem that they are a AC mono model ( they are too wide ) and on the insruction paper they tell me to cut a couple of bridge for better flow !??#.. NO please don't ask me the model number, by the time I check them on an intake the wrapping was gone. On the boyesen site they give 2 different parts number for 74 and 75, does anyone actualy have install them on TY twin and what part model did you use ( if you remember ) ?
