Sorry Don I know these things are not TYs, but there are lots of fans of the Beta TR34 (air cooled monoshock) and I've just heard that there will be TWO of them at the TY Challenge

In the spirit of the TY Challenge (Yamaha TYs in as many classes as possible), I've decided to ride my TY175B hot-rod in Veterans 50-59.
My hope is to see lots of other baby-boomers (and youngsters) out there on Twinshocks at this trial

To settle a longstanding family debate I will be part of a separate Father versus Son TY challenge this weekend. He of youth and enthusiasm whose usual ride is on one of those strange bikes which strokes 4 times and has only one rear shock will be on a TY175JC versus yours truly who will utilise age and cunning on a TY250A. The sledging has already started........
