Hi David, Great footage of the Frankston club trial and I think it may have been shot at the old Moorooduc Quarry which is only ten minutes from my place but is now a nature reserve.I recognise some of the bikes and in fact one of the riders is definitely my friend Ray Lander(White overalls) riding his Jasper Special which he still owns but can no longer ride due to inner ear balance problems. I think one young chap is riding a CZ 150 swingarm model known as the "Inbetween 150" due to the outdated engine being put in the new swingarm (square tube) frame to use up the old stock of engines. I have one of these engines and frames. I recognise a Cotton and several Bultaco's and one or two Villiers specials. I will bring this film to the attention of my friend Kieth Crowder as he competed there many times in the early Seventies on his Bantam and he may recognise some of the bikes and people.
Regards Geoff
