advice on ty 250 shocks

Hey guys trying to work out what to do with these shocks. I want to remove the air attachment and I can get new top plugs from bjs racinging. However..they don't rebound very well and was winding where and what springs I should get

I used bj s springs for 2 years seem to be fine with 7.5 wt oil
