Been doing a engine rebuild & some frame mods on a TY175C.
Engine has had a crank rebuild, new main bearings, rebore & gearbox bearings.
Finished my frame mods today, see how many you can spot.
Cheers,

Re: TY175 Mods
David,
You of all people would be the only one to spot the sprocket guard tab I welded on.
I thought using the standard top mounts & moving them forward, instead of making new ones & leaving the old mounts may have fooled a few people too.

Re: TY175 Mods
The beast is getting closer.
Just waiting on a new air filter before I try to fire her up.
Oh, and the fuel tank, throttle cable, brake cable, seat, muffler.
Oh shit, too much to still be done.
May need a sickie or two before Denman.

Re: TY175 Mods
It's ALIVE
Fired up Saturday arvo & ran great.
Spent Sunday making a seat base & trying to fix the front guard.
Hopefully it will still be all good after Jarad attack's "B'" Grade on it at Denman.
