quick one on 2T oil

hi all
sorry to ask but I've had 4 bottles of motul 800 2T pre mix in the shed for around 3yrs now :shock: would you say put it in the bin or can i still use it,does 2T oil have a shelf life??
i was going to put it in my beta 200 2013 bike

Nah, it's only fit for use in an Italjet by now, so you should just give it to me ;-)

I'm sure it is still quite OK.

Hi Mick, I have used Motul 800 in the past and found it caused lots of build up of sludge in both the motor and exhaust. Im sure it was designed for higher reving motors where higher temperatures make it burn cleaner. I would look at full synthetic oils like Motorex or Gro with such a late model that you have. Great little bike the 200 should have lots of fun on her.
